Roadbroker AS established in 1965.
This was the first company in the TB-Group. Today, the company operates from its terminal/office at Alnabru­ in Oslo, chartering and coordinating road transport within Norway, as well as assignments in the other Nordic countries, the Continent, East Europe and Russia, and have their own customs clearance division, offering import and export clearance in Norway and Sweden. This enables us to offer our clients flexible entirety solutions. By using our coordinated services, vehicle owners have the advantage of maximum utilization of their vehicles and rational implementation of road haulage assignments.
As a result, and in combination with our expertise built up over a period of 40 years, both clients and contractors benefit from correct market prices through Roadbroker.
Over a period of 40 years, the company has built up a high level of expertise in road haulage brokerage and has a large comprehensive network of vehicle owners.
Roadbroker has its own fuel filling facility at our terminal at Alnabru in Oslo where our clients and contractors can fill up with diesel fuel at very competitive prices.

Halling Frakt AS established in 2002.
A road transport company with its terminal and office in Ål. Halling Frakt operates a daily express service from Hallingdal, freighting goods to and from Drammen, Oslo, Hønefoss and Gjøvik for same day delivery. 5 trailers are in regular operation, mainly from East Norway to Hallingdal. Hallingfrakt also uses the services of other haulage companies. The trucks are also equipped to handle longer goods. The vehicle owners are co-shareholders in the company.

Villiam Transport AS acquired in 1996.
A haulage company with its office/terminal in Arendal and an office in Spain. The company owns more than 20 trailer units, in addition to a number of hired vehicles. The company is mainly engaged in transport to and from the Continent, but also runs a daily service between South Norway and East Norway.
