The company can look back on 40 years of continuous growth and is financially well equipped to further develop the group and to initiate or participate in new business concepts. Participation in different companies operating in different fields has provided the company with wide experience and a high degree of competence in many areas. The group has earned a good reputation in financial circles at home and abroad.
TB-Holding is either sole owner or main shareholder in all the companies­ in the group. The holding company is wholly-owned by the Nestegard family.

Isonor IT AS acquired in 2000.
The company supplies management software and competence to the corporate market.
The company is the Norwegian agent for Strategic-Dataworks Ltd, a company that produces database and reporting systems that are developed for the shipping industry. To the corporate market in general, Isonor supplies management solutions for accounting, logistics, wages and customer support systems produced by Visma Norge AS. In the food industry sector, Isonor has achieved a market leading position in cooperation with Scanvekt Norge, handling almost 90% of the installations supplied in the SND BIT program. Isonor is also responsible for IT operations in the TB-Group.
Isonor’s employees are shareholders in the company and have long experience in the sector.

Torvik Verksted AS (tyre workshop) acquired in 1972.
This company is located at Alnabru in the same building as the TB-Group. Torvik Verksted has been in existence since 1933 and the company is one of the oldest and most experienced tyre specialists in the country. The company specializes in tyres for commercial vehicles, buses and construction machinery, and offers all types of tyres to passenger cars, as well as wheels, snow chains and other accessories. The workshop is approved by the vehicle testing authorities.
The company operates an extended service scheme with a service truck that covers the entire Oslo region. Changing and repair of truck and construction machinery tyres on site are typical service assignments. Our workshop is a member of a specialist tyre chain (Fagdekk) providing nationwide service.

TB-Management AS established in 1986.
This is the group’s administration and service centre, responsible for finance, accounts, invoicing/debt collection, data services, telephone services, procurement and salaries. The group is organized in this manner in order to benefit from economies of scale in these areas and to ensure that our affiliated companies can concentrate on the areas in which they have their highest competence – to serve our customers and meet their needs. TB-Management also has a supervisory function for the entire TB-Group.
